If you want to save up to 25% of the mediation fee,

1. Agree with the opposing attorney to name Joe B. Hewitt as mediator.
2. Agree with the Mediator and opposing counsel on a mediation date and time.
3. Each party pay the non-refundable $100 scheduling fee, which will be deducted from the mediation fee.

Effective July 15, 2015
By doing the above, your mediation fees per party will be:
$450 rather than $600 for cases over $100,000 (a 25% discount)
$375 rather than $500 for cases between $50,000 and $100,000 (a 25% discount)
$258 rather than $300 for cases between $20,000 and $50,000 (a 14% discount)
$225 rather than $250 for cases between $10,000 and $20,000 (a 10% discount)
$180 rather than $200 for cases of less than $10,000 (a 10% discount)

Mediation fees are payable as follows, a non-refundable scheduling fee of $100.00 per party is due when the mediation is scheduled. The mediation fee, minus the paid scheduling fee, is due before mediation begins. In the event the scheduled mediation does not take place, the scheduling fee becomes an administration fee.

If the parties require mediation to be rescheduled, an additional $50.00 per party rescheduling fee will be charged.
