In charge of international sales and marketing for water purification systems, such as desalinization plants, micro-filtration systems, and wastewater systems, including mobile and disaster relief systems sold to the U.S. Military, foreign governments & emergency and disaster relief organizations. 
Created all the marketing materials in Spanish, including the website and the brochure information.
Clients include the U.S. Marines, the U.S. Special Forces, FEMA, the International Red Cross, the Florida National Guard, the Turkish Navy, the Rotary Clubs of Mexico, the Nigerian Government, Christian Relief Agencies, and the Diocese of Tuczon, Arizona, which sent a relief mission to Honduras due to Hurricane Mitch.

Led a relief mission through the Mexican Rotary Clubs of Mexico to the Sierra Madre in the State of Puebla, Mexico in response to the 1999 floods, which destroyed the infrastructures of entire communities. *Provided the only source of pure water for three months for over 300,000 people. *Coordinated the distribution of water between local Mexican authorities and the Rotary Club volunteers. *Trained the task force on the equipment usage. *Obtained commitment letters from and created an oversight program with the Rotary Club volunteers to ensure that the local authorities would not charge people for the sorely needed humanitarian aid.  *Presented the systems in a public meeting of municipal leaders and local residents to instruct them on the use of the system and to assure them of safety and high quality of the water that the systems produced.

Established and ran construction company specializing in commercial dry wall and acoustical ceilings.
Nominated as "Best Minority Construction Company" in the DFW area.
Worked for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), the Dallas Independent School District, the City of Dallas, the Dallas Convention Center, the Dallas Zoo, and the Abrams Road Pump Station and Water Distribution Center.
Projects included work in downtown Dallas schools, commercial buildings, warehouses, and office buildings.
Built "entry homes" for first time home buyers, created the marketing strategy, and developed and stared in t.v. ads in Spanish targeting the Hispanic market for the sale of the houses built in the Duncanville area of DFW.

Built 24,000 low-income housing units for "Fraccionamiento Azteca", a new urban multifamily housing development in Mexico City, which today houses more than 150,000 residents.
Built warehouses in downtown Mexico City.
Middle-income houses built in Tecamachalco, Ojo de Agua, Tacubaya.
Hired between 500 to 1000 workers at a time, depending on the projects at hand.

Multifamily Housing Urban Development Azteca (Fraccionamiento Azteca, S.A.), Mexico City Metropolitan Area    1968-1976

Oversaw the planning, construction, development, and marketing strategies and implementation of Fraccionamiento Azteca, a new low-income multifamily housing development in Mexico City.
Built 25,000 housing units.
Succeeded in lobbying the National Housing Institute of Mexico (INFONAVIT) and its Directors to create a public-private sector partnership, where the government would provide mortgages to workers and bridge financing to the construction and development company.  Fraccionamiento Azteca, S.A. became the first private sector company contracted by the National Housing Institute of Mexico (Infonavit) to develop low-income multifamily housing for the government housing projects. The low-income housing sector today and its community planning and development grant programs are based on the same public/private sector strategy.
Coordinated both the development and the financing schedules to meet financing and development needs successfully. Oversaw financial plans, including budgets, payrolls, and agreements with contractors and suppliers.
First urban development in Mexico City to provide first rate urbanization to low-income housing residents, such as concrete-paved streets, electricity, proper sewage systems and water distribution systems.
Received mortgage and interim financing from the limited supply of government funds for low income housing because of the high quality of urbanization created, which gave the government and the private mortgage banks a greater level of security.
Achieved 100% sales turn-around within weeks of bringing houses to market because of the quality of the development.
Created and implemented the marketing and sales strategy.
Produced & organized art festivals with musicians, singers and other performing artists for community development purposes.
