Business - Principle and Owner of VerbaCom® Executive Development.  For over 15 years, have trained Senior Executives and clients in the public and private sectors, at all levels across the nation.  Customized sessions covered development in areas involving communication, diversity, conflict resolution and negotiation.  Have created and customized workshops on “Starting Your Own Business”, Doing Business in Mexico, cultural Differences and Partnered with the Small Business Administration. to facilitate “Big Negotiations for Small Businesses”. 
Trademark –  From 1992-1995 as defendant in a frivolous lawsuit (dismissed), gained valuable knowledge in getting company name trademarked in the U.S. and in various aspects of Patent/Trademark issues first hand.
Landlord/Tenant - I own and manage residential rental property for over 20 years.  Experienced in Tenant/Home Owners’ Associations issues and Management issues.
Labor Relations - As an experienced mediator and negotiation trainer, created and facilitated a session the USDA involving 15-20 disgruntled employees across the nation and 14 high level executives in Washington, DC.  The 3-day session included the development of a training session, a brainstorming module to produce recommendations for the President’s Executive Committee.  Recommendations included training, hiring, advancement, and retention.  Researched negotiation techniques for over 2 years and developed a two day intensive Negotiation course which covers employee/management issues, business/business conflicts, etc.
Oil Industry - Very familiar with the oil industry from the Land Acquisition to Exploration, Drilling & Production, Transportation (Tanker & Barge) and Refining,  having worked for Texaco and Chevron(Gulf) in Houston for 15 years.
Family - Trained in Family Law Mediations and experienced in mediating Divorce and Family matters.
Languages - Fluent in English and Spanish.
