When the Initator and Respondent are many miles apart, we can mediate through the Internet.

Each party will need a computer with microphone, camera and speakers. Once all parties and the mediator have agreed on a time, mediation can be conducted face to face, in real time.

In court ordered mediations, most jurisdictions will allow Internet mediation if both parties and their attorneys agree.
